Orders and Shipping
Most in-stock orders ship within 72 hours after order confirmation. Special orders may take 2–3 weeks or longer, depending on the manufacturer. All orders are insured for loss and damage in transit. Shipping charges vary by weight and destination.
Delivery Signature
For orders over KSh.100K, delivery confirmation signature is required unless you opt out in writing. Orders of KSh.100K or less ship without a signature unless you specify. If you opt out of signature on delivery, or do not select it, the carrier may leave the package at the delivery address, and you accept full responsibility for loss, theft or damage after the carrier records the package as delivered. Shipping insurance does not cover packages lost or stolen after an unsigned delivery.
Returns
Returns, cancellations, shipping damage and defects are governed by our Return Policy (Return Policy), which is part of these Terms.
Warranty
All new products carry the full manufacturer’s warranty from Bluefox Technologies. Reconditioned items carry a six month warranty.
Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days. If new or increased input charges materialises before an order ships, we will notify you of any price change before shipping, and you may cancel that order without charge. We may cancel an order placed at a price or description that was listed in error, whether or not the order was accepted or charged; any payment already made will be refunded in full. Substitutions for out-of-stock items are made only with your approval.
Payment
We accept purchase orders from businesses, schools, hospitals, NGOs and government agencies. Local customers may place orders by purchase orders, cash or current cheques, depending on exiting trade terms. International orders require prepayment by bank wire. Bank wire fees are non-refundable.
Taxes
The customer pays all applicable taxes unless a valid exemption certificate is provided. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import fees and taxes.
